Several Insurance Companies offer discounts. Examples for potential discounts are:

• You home is in a Nationally Recognized Firwise Community. Martiswoods Firewise has been Nationally Recognized since August 2024 ***

• The area where your home is located has been identified by the California Board of Forestry and Fire Protection as a Fire Risk Reduction Community.  Both Truckee Fire Protection District and Placer County are identified as Fire Risk Reduction Communities.

• Additional discounts which you may qualify for are identified on the State of California Safer from Wildfires webpage.
